THE BRISTOW-MONDELL AMENDMENT Votr on Federal Suffrage Measure Postponed Owing to Lack of Quorum. The vote on the BrMuw-Mondell amendment has again been postponed. It was thought that the vole on the bill would be taken on December ji>. but Hon. Jesse D. Price. Hon. J. F. C. Talbott. Hon. Chas. P. Coady. Hon. J. C. Linthicum. Hon. Frank O. Smith. Hon. D. J. Lewis. Address. House ot Representatives, Washington. D. C. owing In the absence in the I louse of so many members who are spending their holidays away from the Capitol, it was impossible to secure a quorum. It is now practically certain that the question will he brought up some time during the second week in January, atid in the meantime all possible pres- sure mti't be brought to hear upon the Maryland Representatives in Congress. EVERY Ct M \TY AM) CITY LEAGUE should pass special resolu- tions urging the rcprcscntati\cs to cast their votes in favor of the amend- ment, and EVERY suffragist in the Stale should write TODAY to the members from Maryland. A telegram will bear more weight, hut a letter will have \erv good effect. The list of Maryland's Representatives in Congress is as follows:
