Thomas K. Beale & Isabella Beale to William Stewart: This indenture made this second day of December in the year of our Lord Eighteen Hundred between Thomas K. Beale and Isabella Beale his wife of Baltimore County which said Isabella is one of the Daughters and legal representatives of Alexander Ferguson late of Ann Arunel County deceased of the one part and William Stewart of Ann Arundel County of the other part Witnesseth that the said Thoms K. Beale and Isabella his wife for and in consideration of the sum on on hundred pounds current money to them paid by William Stewart of Ann at or before the consealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged to have and each of them hath granted bargained sold assigned, released conveyed and confirmed and by those presents do and each of them doth grant bargain sell asiign release convry andn confirm unto the said William Stewart his heirs and assigns forever one undivided third aprt of all that brick or parcel of land called Younger Besson situate in Ann Arundel County with the appententures thereunto belonging and all the estate right title interest property claim and demand whatsoever to them or another of them the saifd Thomas K. Beale and his Wife isabella therein as such to have and to hold the same to the said William Stewart his heirs and assigns forvever to his and their proper use and benefit and the said Thomas K Beale and Isabella his wife for themselves and their heirs hereby covenant and agree to and with the said William Stewart his heirs and assigns shall and will wattant foreever defend by these presents. In witness whereof the said THomas K Beale anbd Isabella his wife have here to set their hands and seals the day and year above first written:

[Note by AMT]: THis property belonged to Alexander Ferguson who in his will left the property to his wife Elizabeth. Elizabeth Ferguson died in May 1799. Isabella married Beale in september of that year. Beale takes over all of the powers of executor for his wife. He sells most of the property between 1800-1801, when the family leaves for Washington DC
