Ayella II. APPLICATION RECEIVED: June 9, 1988. CLOSE OF HEARING RECORD: August 8, 1988. APPLICATION COMPLETE: June, 1989. III. PROJECT HISTORY: A wetland license application for the proposed project was initially received in July, 1986. A public hearing was conducted on September 24, 1986. Processing of the application was deferred following the public hearing because the developing partnership was reorganized and the project was redesigned. During June, 1988, the revised application was submitted under the new name of Anchorage Plaza Development. A second public hearing was conducted on July 18, 1988. The new proposal is similar to the original except for a reduction in the size and a change in the shape of the pier expansion.
