In Baltimore County Court, February 3d, 1807. fONT application to the judges of the said county courf, bv petition in writing of Camp- bell S~. Ash™, of said county, praying the be- nelit of tile " Act for the releif of sundry in- eojveritdebtors," passed at November session, 180S, on the terms mentioned iii the said act.; a schedule of his property ami a. list of his creditors, on oath, as far as he can ascertain •them, as directed by the said act, being an- nexed to his petition ; and the said county court being- satisfied by competent testimony, that the said Campbell S.
