Pursuant to the general order of Baltimore
count\ court, in cas:s of insolvent debtors,

September next, at 10 o'clock, in the fore-
noon,
The HOUSE and LOT, lately occupied
by John Miller as a Tavern, and known by
the name of the Swan Inn ; the Lot fronts
on York street 25 feet, and extends hack to
Salisbury street. The improvements are a
three story Brick House, with back build-
ings, suitable either for a Tavern, or private
Dwelling, and a wooden building for Stables.
The above Lot is subject to a Ground Rent
of 150 dollars per annum ; there is also a lien
on it by mortgage, the amount of which will
be made known on the day of sale.
