Suggestions for research:

Go to the State Department of Assessment and Taxation web site: http://sdatcert3.resiusa.org/rp_rewrite/

Select Baltimore City and enter the block (or specific address if you have it) in which your Read properties are to be found.  In Lisa's case it is block 667 for her lease.  As she does not have the lot number, enter 1 to get an address you can work with, or she can take any of the addresses  that I have given her on the Bromley Atlas map insert (the numbers on the houses are the house numbers on the streets given in the description above).  The full Atlas (a work in progress) is to be found at: http://mdhistory.net/msaref07/html/index.html.  With address for the block you can google earth there and visit in person or by virtual reality travel the area to determine what amounts to today, placing your observation in the editonline.us box associated with your lease or your lot assignment.
